EXAMPLE - Below is an example to show step by step what the computer does to determine the standings.

Each team in the league has a table format as shown below. The bye week is shown as all zeros. Each week the match points won, the game points scored, and the game points yielded are entered. The totals to date and percentages are calculated. The match points won percentage is the sum of match points won to date divided by the total match points available to date (4 points per match played). Similarly the game points percentages are the sum of game points scored to date divided by the total game points available to date (36 points per match).

The computer places the results of all the teams in a table in alphabetical order as shown below.

The computer then copies the table above, pastes the values in the table below, and sorts the data to show the standings in the order from first place to last place. This process is repeated weekly until all the scheduled matches have been played.
